All Life Afterlife merchandise is made to order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

 

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

 

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

Non-Refundable Items

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Buyer's remorse or preference changes

• Items returned without prior approval
